Advisory packages
Choose the right starting point.
Start with a focused diagnosis, a complete target architecture, or ongoing judgment alongside the work. Each package leaves you and your team with a clearer system and a practical next move.
A focused independent review of one defined agent initiative, ending in prioritised findings and practical next actions.
What it helps you accomplish
Turn a system that feels hard to judge into a clear set of findings, priorities, and next actions your team can discuss and own.
An independent review challenges the evidence, resolves who owns each decision, and leaves you with a defendable decision artifact—not just another opinion.
When it fits
The initiative is real enough to inspect, but roles, context, memory, evidence, tools, handoffs, permissions, approvals, or failure points still feel unclear.
What you receive
- executive summary and architecture view
- findings organised by impact and evidence
- review of roles, context, handoffs, controls, and authority
- prioritised next actions
- one written clarification round
Scope limit: one system or primary workflow, up to 20 page-equivalents, one to three sanitized artifacts, and up to three questions you want the Review to answer.
Handoff and further work
A short call to walk through the written Review and clarify its findings is included.
If you want to work through wider trade-offs, stakeholder questions, or next-step decisions, an optional 60-minute decision session is €500.
- 01Fit and scopeI review your application and confirm whether the Review is the right starting point. If important questions remain, I may suggest a short fit call.
- 02Agreement and paymentYou receive the written scope, Terms, and a proforma invoice or quote. Full prepayment starts the engagement.
- 03Customized intakeI prepare the intake around your system, available evidence, and the decisions you need to make.
- 04Review basisI summarize what I will review and the questions the Review will answer. You confirm or correct it before substantive work begins.
- 05Independent reviewI examine the system, challenge its assumptions, and request one focused clarification round if needed.
- 06Written ReviewYou receive the findings, architecture view, priorities, and recommended next actions within seven working days after the Review basis is confirmed.
- 07Handoff callWe walk through the Review and clarify its findings.
Sample Reviews
These sample Reviews are based on recurring problems I have encountered in my own systems and work. They show the representative structure and depth of the deliverable.
A team planning its first portfolio assistant
One assistant is expected to research, remember rules, recommend actions, request approval, act, and verify the result. The Review identifies what must be separated, what can be prototyped first, and why execution should remain manual.
View sample Review ↗A team with an active but unreliable workflow
Timeouts, retries, callbacks, and conflicting state make it impossible to prove exactly what happened. The Review identifies the first repairs: stable operation identity, authoritative state, safe stopping, and clear lifecycle ownership.
View sample Review ↗A target operating architecture for one consequential agent system.
What it helps you accomplish
Align your team around responsibilities, specialist roles, context and knowledge, evidence and data flows, tools, artifacts, controls, review, escalation, and human authority.
When it fits
A diagnosis is not enough. The team needs a coherent target design and staged path before committing to serious implementation.
What you receive
- discovery and target architecture map
- responsibility, role, context, knowledge, artifact and data-flow design
- deterministic controls, review, escalation and human-authority model
- handoff, ownership and risk register
- staged implementation plan, design review and final debrief
Working format
The engagement includes a discovery call, a design review call, the final Blueprint PDF, and a debrief with your team.
The first 50% payment starts the engagement. The remaining 50% is due after the design review and before final delivery.
- 01Fit and scopeI review your application and confirm whether the system is ready for a Blueprint. A short fit call is available when the scope or commitment needs discussion.
- 02Agreement and first paymentYou receive the written scope, Terms, and a proforma invoice or quote. The first 50% payment starts the engagement.
- 03Customized intakeYou provide the current workflow, system material, constraints, stakeholders, and the decisions the Blueprint must support.
- 04Discovery callWe map the current system, operating boundaries, responsibilities, risks, and intended outcome.
- 05Architecture developmentI design the roles, context, knowledge, handoffs, controls, authority model, and staged implementation path.
- 06Design review callWe examine the proposed architecture, challenge assumptions, and resolve the important open choices before finalization.
- 07Finalization and paymentThe remaining 50% is due after the design review and before final PDF delivery.
- 08Blueprint deliveryYou receive the final architecture, decision boundaries, risk register, and staged implementation plan within 15 working days after the written basis is confirmed.
- 09Debrief callWe walk through the final Blueprint, implementation priorities, and questions from your team.
Architectural review and decision support that stays close to an evolving initiative.
What it helps you accomplish
Keep important choices visible, challenge assumptions before they harden, and preserve a coherent direction while your team builds.
When it fits
The initiative is already moving and the architecture will keep changing. Ongoing Advisory normally continues after a Review or Blueprint; direct onboarding is scoped separately when the system and working relationship are already clear.
What you receive
- an agreed review cadence
- focused architecture and decision reviews
- a maintained decision log with owners and rationale
- written recommendations and next checkpoints
- direct challenge on choices that materially shape the system
Timing and cost
From €2,500/month ?→ . The exact cadence, review volume, access, and response expectations are defined in the written scope.
- 01Decision intakeWhat changed, and what must be decided?
- 02Focused reviewChallenge the architecture and its assumptions.
- 03Decision recordOwner, rationale, boundary, and next check.
- 04Cadence resetKeep, revise, stop, or escalate.
Independent, founder-led work
One person from the first evidence read through the final recommendation.
I perform the Review or Blueprint myself. I am not there to replace your domain specialists or sell the implementation afterward. My role is to challenge where their answers, the system architecture and the operating reality meet.
