Refund policy

This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. To cancel or request a refund, use the contact form. A cancellation takes effect when the written notice is received.

Before work begins

If either party cancels before paid work begins, prepaid fees are refunded except for unavoidable third-party or booking costs that were disclosed before they were incurred.

After work begins

If an engagement ends after work begins, Hodl Advisory refunds the unearned part of any prepaid amount. Fees earned for work already completed and time already committed under the written scope are not refunded.

Packages and scheduling

These principles apply to Architecture Review, Agent System Blueprint, and Ongoing Advisory. Any package-specific payment schedule, committed time, pause, cancellation, or rescheduling term is set out in the written scope before payment.

Approved refunds are returned by bank transfer without undue delay. Bank charges or exchange differences outside Hodl Advisory’s control may affect the amount received.
