2. What the website collects

The application and contact forms ask for contact details and the information needed to understand and reply to your message. The forms accept text only and do not accept file uploads.

Please do not submit credentials, private keys, production access, proprietary source code, private trading data, or information you are not authorised to share.

Information submitted through a form is used to notify Hodl and support a reply. The website does not sell inquiry information.

3. Why the information is used

Inquiry information is used to review fit, reply, and prepare a proposed engagement. The legal bases are steps requested before a contract and the legitimate interest in selecting and administering suitable B2B work.

If an engagement is agreed, relevant information may also be used to deliver the work, communicate with the client, issue invoices, meet accounting or legal duties, and establish or defend legal claims. The applicable legal bases are contract performance, legal obligation, and legitimate interests where appropriate.

4. Human review and retention

Applications are reviewed by a person. There is no solely automated decision or profiling that accepts or rejects an application.

Inquiry information is retained for up to 90 days after submission. Information needed for an accepted engagement, accounting, a legal obligation, a legal hold, or a legal claim may be retained for as long as necessary for those purposes or by law.

5. Cookies, analytics, service providers, and third-party links

With your consent, the website uses PostHog to understand basic page visits, referral information, and how the website is used. Analytics does not load before you accept. You can reject analytics or change your choice through the Cookie settings control. The website does not use advertising trackers.

The website stores your analytics choice in your browser. PostHog is configured without persistent browser storage or analytics cookies. The inquiry forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against automated abuse; Cloudflare may process technical information needed to perform that check.

Service providers may process information only as needed to host the website, provide consented analytics, protect forms from abuse, deliver inquiry notifications, and support correspondence. The website also contains links to third-party websites and profiles; those operators control their own processing when you visit them.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, or request portability where it applies. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Use the contact form to make a request. Identity verification may be required. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia at www.ip-rs.si or to another competent supervisory authority.
